3 simple ways to control our lights
1) standalone static colour- we can set the lights to any colour you want before hire so all you have to do is plug and go.
2) using the linking cables you set the colour on the master light (the first) and the rest will follow. This can be a static colour, or slow colour fade.
3) link up all the lights, and connect to the controller, you can set static colours and change them manually through the night, or set them to flash to the music, or fade through all colours with adjustable speed and fade.
How many uplights do i need?
Typically we advise that you have one light per corner. For village and smaller halls with lower ceilings we usually space them between 3-4 meters apart.
For marquees we would typically space the lights per marquee panel, which is about 5meter apart.
The uplights we use are slimline and bright, from a brand called showtec, they are professional and used on stage. You may notice they have 7 lens' on, each lens has a red green blue led in and provides smooth uniform light with no colour shaddow which cheaper fixtures of individual LED's produce.
